Yes! You can bring your own officiant if you would like, but each of our packages include Officiant services so you do not have to if you don't want to! We can also offer off-site officiant services for a ceremony you are having elsewhere. Fill out the contact form for pricing & options. In all cases, you'll need to have applied for your marriage license, waited through the required waiting period and bring the license on the day of your ceremony in order to make it official. The State of Michigan requires two adult witnesses at the signing of the marriage license. Your officiant cannot act as witness (but a photographer or other adult friend or family member present can)! Packages include one witness if you need them. If you need our help providing a second witness, please fill out a contact form to discuss options and availability. You can find more information on the Wayne County website here, but you may want to reach out to the specific county you reside in to ensure you're meeting all requirements ahead of the big day! While Hamtramck is a very densely populated city, there is plenty of FREE parking on the streets surrounding the Parlor. All surface street and lot parking in Hamtramck is currently free of charge (the meters are no longer charging). There are public spots behind the Parlor as well as along Evaline & Joseph Campau. There is also a large city surface lot (also free) on Evaline just East of Joseph Campau at Mitchell. The lot is approximately a 2 minute walk from the Parlor. If you want to guarantee parking spots for the day of your event we CAN rent spots from the city for $17 per space. The city will block the selected spots for the day of your event. Please note that to coordinate this, the city requires 2 weeks notice to submit the request ahead of the event date. Yes, there can be seating for your whole group depending on event type. There are a combination of chairs, stools and bar-height chairs. For our wedding packages we will ensure there is enough seating for the anticipated guest count of your group, but cannot guarantee a certain count of a specific type of seating (chair vs. stool, etc.). If you would prefer standing room only, a strolling cocktail table vibe or fully sit down occasion, or have general questions about seating arrangements please contact us before booking or to discuss your custom event details.

Yes! Please send fill out a contact form and we can send you example photos of the available faux and real options. You are also more than welcome to bring your own floral if you would like.

Yes! We are open to you bringing in other food or catering (or having Little Treat outside for Wedding Weenies AND bringing in additional food). We do charge a $50 outside food fee (does not apply to cakes or sweets). We are not able to provide paper products/flatware or service utensils for outside food. If you are planning on an event that includes outside food please contact us via the contact form to discuss the details!

If you add the Champagne Service to your package, please note that you will supply the bubbly, and we will chill it and serve it for you in flutes we provide. Forever Club cannot purchase alcohol on your behalf as the Parlor does not hold a Liquor License, but we can help you with estimating how much to purchase! Our staff is TIPS certified, insured and have DECADES of experience serving cocktails at bars & restaurants all over Detroit. If you are looking to include a signature cocktail or something other than the Champagne Service Add On (including full bartending services) please fill out a contact form to discuss options with us!

Absolutely! There is no charge to bring a photographer along for the big day. Please note that photographers (and all other vendors) do factor into the overall headcount/capacity of your event. Social Media makes the world go round, so if you're willing to share photos with us please feel free to tag us in any and all content you feel comfortable with us potentially reposting!

Feel free to browse our record collection and play whatever you would like during your time there, or feel free to connect to our Bluetooth Speakers to play the music of your choice from your own device. Music makes the mood! If you would prefer NOT to have to select or worry about playing music, leave it to us! We'll put on our house playlist and we promise it will fit the fun, retro vibe! We can queue up a specific song selection as you make your entrance/walk down the aisle as well as queue up a specific song selection for a first dance if you would like one, but otherwise cannot manage specific timed music requests. The doors to the parlor will be opened 10 minutes before your time slot to allow for guests to enter and get seated. Note - your time in the Parlor begins when your time slot begins- not after you say I Do or begin to walk down the aisle. Although there is a small back room, we ask that anyone getting married arrive dressed & ready to go!
